August 25, 2020 South Fulton’s City Council will voted NO on creating a South Perimeter Development Authority focused on revitalizing Old National — the city's largest commercial district.

Isaac Cobb, Jr., MBA, CSA is a South Fulton resident with over 10 years of experience in business analytics. A veteran of the United States Army National Guard, Cobb is a Business & Integration Architect for Accenture and HOA Vice Present of South Fulton's prestigious Le Jardin neighborhood. Cobb has also worked for Ernst & Young, Morgan Stanley and Fifth Third Bank. |
Councilman khalid, a #BlackLivesMatter organizer-turned "Elected Activist," was raised on Old National. Before overseeing South Fulton's 100 million-dollar budget, khalid worked as a financial analyst and operations manager. After spending a year in law school, he went to work under Stacey Abrams when she served as Minority Leader in the Georgia General Assembly. |
Derrick Burnett, AIC is an Old National resident who graduated with honors in Business Management & Marketing from Birmingham-Southern College. He serves a Regional Director for a Fortune 100 Insurance Company, with 25 years of experience in corporate site selection and negotiation of commercial leases. |
Jasiel Robinson (Yung Joc) is a Grammy®-nominated Hip-Hop artist, host of the nationally-syndicated Streetz 94.5 Morning Show, reality-TV star and owner of South Beach ATL Lounge on Old National Highway. Robinson founded his first music label, Mastermind, after writing jingles for Revlon. In addition to star power, Robinson brings a wealth of marketing & promotions to the board. |
Arnold "AJ" Jiggetts is a South Fulton resident and graduate of Shaw University. Jiggetts has over 20 years experience in advertising & marketing. He has generated over $1.5 million in revenue for his clients, including BET, Clear Channel, Rainforest Films, Russel Simmons, New Edition and Ludacris. Jiggetts sits on the board of South Fulton's citywide Development Authority and the School Governance Council of Langston Hughes High School. |
Kevin Smith is Vice President of the Old National Merchants Association (ONMA) and Old National Business Ambassador for World Changer's Church International. Smith ran one of the largest minority-owned executive search firms in America before selling it to found Restoration Community Resources, a non-profit focused on training the next generation of African-American entrepreneurs. |
Aaliayah Baaith (Attorney, Fincher-Denmark)
Aliayah Baaith is Howard University graduate and a cum laude graduate of Mercer University Law School. In addition to her experience handling complex legal matters in the private sector, Aliayah also worked for the federal Department of Labor and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Baiith works as a litigation attorney at Fincher Denmark, LLC, where she represents numerous municipalities in the Metro Atlanta area in their legal disputes. |
